PAYMENTS, DELIVERY, CANCELLATIONS AND RETURN POLICY
PAYMENTS
The Customer will need to pay for the dress in pounds sterling via credit/debit card or cash. All dresses are supplied in suitable protective packaging. The title to the goods (ownership of the goods) being sold by the Company to a Customer does not pass to the Customer until the Company has been paid in full. In the event that a Customer purchases a new dress and pays half up front, the Customer is required to pay the remaining half and to collect the dress when it is delivered. In the event that the Customer no longer wants the dress, the initial payment of half the cost of the dress is non-refundable.
DELIVERY
In the case of the purchase of a dress or other item in stock, the Customer can expect the Company to ship the item immediately upon full receipt and clearing of payment. New dresses have an order lead time which is normally up to 6 weeks. Packaging and shipment of the product may take up to 5 working days at peak periods. In cases where the item is not in stock, the Company will ship the product as soon as possible, and will make clear any possible delays to the Customer that are anticipated. In the event that a shipment time is not satisfactory but the Customer has already paid for the item, the Company will cancel the transaction and refund payment at the request of the Customer.
CANCELLATIONS
In order to cancel your order you have to provide us with official notice via letter or e-mail at: info@cinderellawedding.co.uk in 3 working days after the order is placed for internet orders and 7 days for any other orders. When cancel please enter the date of your order and reference number, as well as your full contact details. In one working day you will receive an acknowledgment reply email with confirmation that your order has been successfully cancelled. If paid by credit card, you will incur a 2% charge. This charge is not applicable to any debit card payments.
RETURNS
The Buyer shall inspect the Goods upon receipt and shall notify the Seller by e-mail within 3 days of delivery if the Goods are damaged or do not comply with any of the Contract. If the Buyer fails to do so the Buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the Goods.
Where a claim of defect or damage is made, the Buyer shall be entitled to a refund (minus shipping costs, if applicable)if the Goods are in fact defective. If exchanging, both the delivery and return costs will be wavered.
If you are a consumer you have the right, in addition to your other rights, to cancel the Contract and receive a refund by informing the Seller e-mail within 3 days of receipt of the Goods.
In the event of cancellation, the Buyer shall be responsible for returning the Goods to the Seller, unless otherwise stated. The Buyer will be under a duty to take care of the Goods until they have been returned. The Buyer will receive a refund for the Goods (minus shipping costs, if applicable) within 30 days of cancellation.
Should you returnone or more products without contacting Cinderella Wedding UK Ltd for a Return Authorisation Number, you will subject to an administration charge of 20% of the total cost of your order.
Any custom-made products cannot be returned to Cinderella Wedding UK Ltd for an exchange or refund.
A 50% deposit is required for all dress orders. Should you then wish to cancel this order, you must notify us within 3 days from placing the order and your deposit will be returned to you. Your deposit is non-refundable should you notify us after this period. Once your order has been approved and collected from our bridal studio, the option to return for a refund is revoked.
Any purchases may be returned for an exchange if we are notified within 7 days from receipt of goods.
CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Seller shall be entitled to alter these Terms and Conditions at any time.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and the parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
