1. Does your company have a catalogue of the wedding dresses available in your boutique for me to view and try?

We provide diverse and quality selection of premier quality wedding dresses - our on-line shop and bridal studio catalogues are update on monthly basis. We offer the latest in bridal couture and accessories. Most of the models we have in stock, certain sizes available for a quick delivery, as well as fitting. We design and manufacture all our models, so our creative experts are able to meet and exceed even highest expectations.

2. Do you offer accessories? Are they in stock, so I can view and try them?

In CINDERELLA we offer extensive selection of design hand-made accessories and jewellery. All our models presented on-line, we keep in stock and can be seen and tried in our bridal studio.

3. What is the size range of your collections? Do you offer alterations, modifications and custom tailored dresses?

Since we design and manufacture all our dresses, we are able to meet our brides’ highest demands to their full satisfaction. We operate full range of sizes even for large brides (2-40 UK Standard) and we provide precise alterations and modifications for all our models. Customised orders are also considered.

4. Do you have available in stock wedding gowns to hire?

All our in-stock models are available to hire. The standard charge is £150 pounds. To ensure your stylish appearance we have included a free choice selection of three accessories in our rental package. We are trying to be as flexible as possible so any special requirements are considered

5. Do you have on-line shop? Can I order my wedding dress and accessories on-line?

Yes, we operate a very customer friendly on-line shop with easy to use secured payment system. We offer full range of wedding gowns and bridesmaids dresses, as well as design bridal accessories.

6. What are the costs related with alterations and modifications?

We provide all minor alterations and modifications free of charge. CINDERELLA can complete your special requirements – we will evaluate your needs and you will be quoted upon request.

7. What is the price range of your wedding collections?

Our wedding collections’ price range varies from £290 up to £1 500. Bridesmaids from £120 up to £250. Our exclusive design accessories collection includes full range of quality bridal accessories (exp. hand-made tiaras starting from as low as £30)

8. How long does it take for you to deliver my wedding dress? If any alterations are needed, how fast can you complete the order?

Once your order is completed (either on-line, either after taking thorough measurements in our bridal studio) it take approximately 5-6 weeks for the delivery to be completed. If any alterations need please allow an extra 2 weeks.

9. Are there any delivery charges and what are they?

FREE UK Mainland Delivery.

10. Do you have a Delivery and Return Policy? What is the procedure for gowns and accessories?

11. How do I determine my size?

12. Can I cancel my online order? What do I have to do?

In order to cancel your order you have to provide us with official notice via e-mail at: info@cinderellawedding.co.uk in 3 working days after the order is placed. Please enter the date of your order and reference number, as well as your full contact details. In one working day you will receive an acknowledgment reply email with confirmation that your order has been successfully cancelled. If paid by credit card, you will incur a 2% charge. This charge is not applicable to any debit card payments.

13. How do I pay for my order? What are your payment options

Being flexible is one of our most distinctive advantages, this is why we offer multiple payment options to our clients. You can pay via our fully secured on-line payment system, as well as via check, cash at our bridal studio or bank transfer.

14. What is the length of your wedding dresses? Is it possible to order longer than the standard length? Is there any additional charge?

Since we manufacture all our models we can supply any length required. No matter your figure and height we are able to provide. As default all our wedding dresses come with a standard waist to floor length of 45 inches. If your measure result is smaller, alteration will be needed and if it is higher (brides over 175-176 cm.) a special order should be made.

15. Do you offer instalment payment option?

Your fulfilled wedding dream is our main goal. Trying to be as flexible and responsive as possible we have now given our brides the opportunity to pay for their dream dress with equal instalments over a period of 2 up to 6 months. Just give us the full details of your order (model, colour, complete measurements and the chosen payment plan) and we will provide you with a detailed and comprehensive breakdown of your payment and all involved costs. Cheque, cards and cash instalment payments are accepted (instalments should be completed on monthly basis). You just let us know what you would like to order including the colour, your measurements and the payment period and we will send you an invoice with a breakdown of the monthly payments. Once the payment plan is completed your order will be despatched.

16. If I need a larger size wedding dress is there any surcharge imposed?

We do not charge an extra for your order for sizes up to UK 18. Surcharge apply for larger size at 10%.

17. Do I have to make an appointment if I want to visit your bridal studio? Can I just pop up to view your collections?

We will be happy to welcome you to our cosy boutique anytime during CINDERELLA working hours. To ensure your full peace of mind and guarantee our attention on 100%, please call us to arrange your individual appointment.

18. What is your response time for an on-line enquiry?

Once we receive your enquiry it will be attended and reply will be provided within one working day.

19. What is your on-line order procedure? Can I buy my gown directly from your bridal studio?

We offer an easy to follow on-line order process, quick and hassle-free. Just follow the simple instructions and shall you require any further details our experienced assistants will be pleased to help. You are also welcome to our bridal studio for a professional consultancy and expert advice.

20. Is your on-line payment system secured?

Our on-line payment system is fully secured and your personal and bank details are protected.
